Thanks Suzanne; you introduced me to the gift box of SMN some time ago and it keeps on giving. Meanwhile, never have I felt more anxious for the human race. I believe it is a crisis in which only the "spiritually-fittest" can survive.
Thanks for the SMN hi-five. When a second person recommends something, I get interested! The passivity that prevails is stunning to me, given how precarious our situation is. I keep bringing to mind my three-year-old running across the living room carrying an expensive vase, and my watching helplessly where the crash into the wall at the other end was inevitable. They say it wouldn't be a total wipe-out for humanity, but maybe something like going back to the stone age. I don't know, Paul, meditating in a cave never looked so attractive to me.
Right on, my dear! You've said it all in one sweet package! Thank you, and may we finally "get it" that really, the picture is not very complicated, but it does go deep - deeper than we've been taught to go. And it is SO in our interest to do so! I wish to believe that we are up to the task, and the time is NOW. sigh...May it be Now! love, Carolyn North
Because I know Marianne, who's sharper and deeper than anyone on the political scene, I track what she does, and how she is ignored gets things up close and personal for me about how undemocratic our democracy is. The arrow of time moves towards justice -- however that quote goes -- but now that we're so brilliant at destroying ourselves it's a race for whether Life wins before we destroy the home for this beautiful life we are so privileged to have.
Nice article, Suzanne! 🙂 SMN is a fun Group of spiritual scholars.

I’ve enjoyed all the the zooms I have seen, very sweet and wise people.
