The Cosmic Fuel Pump, my vintage soapbox

In Los Angeles, in the early ‘80s, I produced Challenge for Champions, daylong networking events for self-aware people to find each other. Someone “discovered” me hosting those “happenings” and we created a local TV show, The Cosmic Fuel Pump, where I did 38 of them to work on my message. It was my favorite thing ever to do, although circumstances eventually dictated that I produce others rather than perform myself.
This is four minutes from Show #30:
Now, here’s the first show and others we’ve digitized will follow. The sound isn’t great and the video isn’t crisp but hopefully the content makes up for the deficiencies. And forgive the student operators of the three cameras, where our production facility was their training ground and they weren’t always pressing the right buttons.
INTRO to The Cosmic Fuel Pump:
There is another universe that lies under the one of appearances. The Cosmic Fuel Pump is for tuning into that one. Each week we take a trip into inner space, through the world of appearances, picking up speed for a journey home. This is the place we meet in our hearts. It's the place where we are one. Come on a trip with us into the heart of yourself. Each week, Suzanne is your guide.
The object is to present an inescapable picture of the larger universe in which we are not only our bodies but also our souls. We remind people that who we are is a capacity to love. Being loving is being successful. We’re here to love, not to get.
When we live our lives in separation from one another it is out of one cause: ignorance. In the heart of every human being is the blueprint of the universe and that blueprint is a design for loving. So, despite the complex problems which may lead us to destroy our species, the solution is simple. It is not adjusting all the trouble spots in the world or curing all the neuroses which lead human beings into trouble. The solution is understanding. Once you know loving is the game you will go about creating what works instead of what destroys. That understanding is the Transformation. Garden of Eden productions is here to serve that possibility.

How can I thank you? Let me count the ways. That was eight years ago and I forgot how wonderful it was. An old idea I've played with for years is that everyone should have an Appreciations Page that they can't write on -- just post what others say to read if you are feeling blue or want to impress someone. This is quite a magnum opus about the crop circle situation. Being of a "wake the world up" proclivity, this would be a good inclusion. I wonder now that UFOs are getting a onceover if that will relate to the circles where they'd come in for another look and this piece would be a great persuader! And, I'll give it a shoutout in the next archive mailing.
