What I've come to in order to feel okay is that I have to be creative and I need to be appreciated, so thanks so much for the kind words.

Stephanie singing "I'm Breaking Down" was awesome (and hilarious). It's a perfect Looney Tunes anthem for 47's crew and malicious mayhem. THANK you for sharing it and your evolving (join the club) resolve.

I was an actress in my real world career, and I am at her feet. That performance is beyond the beyond of wonderful and I hope a lot of people got the thrill of seeing it.

Wow. I'll watch it again and look for you. What a truly impressive real world career!! The "rush" of theater performance can be so exhilarating. I'm an amateur actor (was in a college play (1975) called "Ghost Dance" as the Army Officer that instigated the Wounded Knee Massacre by grossly misunderstanding Sitting Bull and later re-enacted William Pitt (The Elder) for 3 years after retirement from public education as part of a Museum activity for elementary students.

"Courage is contagious" is a great line and I hope the ball is finally rolling.

That phrase has caught on, and it's palpable to me. We've come from the gloom of deep despair to some eagerness to redress what's being done to us. I'm fascinated seeing this body without a head that, thanks to the internet, is coordinating itself, where heroes are emerging who inject an energy for salvation that gets people's juices flowing for what they can do.

Hi Suzanne. You know me... I am the founder of a method that helps people learn how best to adjust to setbacks and hurts A senior nurse in the UK said, "Learning Emotional Logic heals the broken heart behind mental illness." If anyone has trouble turning their shock and anger and depression around into a hopeful and positive exploration of new opportunities, come and join an Emotional Logic course to learn with others, or buy a book, and it will restore your energy and inner strength to take on 'the new possibilities'... https://EmotionalLogicCentre.org.uk Dr Trevor Griffiths

Although my Substack is for shifting the paradigm where all of humanity would be empowered by people seeing themselves as being born sacred and not as sinners, first people need to get their heads on straight. Trevor, is there an elevator pitch, not for results people get but for some flavor of what the work entails?

Hi Sue. When you learn how Emotional Logic (EL) explains your unpleasant emotions about loss and challenge are not part of any problem, but instead they're all vital information about how your personal values can open and energise a path to growth, then your self-respect will rocket and life transforms. And with that your empathy will grow, and your power of choice and your inner strength to adapt. Buy the book and join an online reading and discussion trust group. There's nothing to lose. Trevor Griffiths.

Some flavor of what the work entails? The Emotional Logic casebook is 15 true stories of lives changed by learning the useful purposes of loss emotions. A book reading group will read three chapters a week, or so, and in a Zoom group for 5-6 weeks discuss how the method made a difference to the people in the story, and might make a difference in your own life and those you love (or hate!). It's simple, non-threatening, and rapidly encourages people to give the method a try.

Are there video testimonials? I could see you having a short reel of them.

Hi Sue. Thanks for this suggestions. We struggle so much a a small charity to take off from the runway. Our volunteer who would have made that video… her laptop died and she’s struggling to get another one. So everything goes slow, which is a pity when our method transforms lives. Most of the people the Emotional Logic Centre charity connects with have had difficult times and are not well resourced or funded. I’ll pick up on this suggestion when we can. Trevor.

Hmmmm. Our world is so user friendly for video, where every Tom, Dick, and Harryn is on Instagram and TikTok, so getting a bunch of testimonials should be easy. In fact, if individuals would tell their stories, send them to me and I'll get my assistant, who puts my things together, to put them together for you.
