First of all, I’m very aware of your story “to share for another day” you’re an icon and a legend. Giving kindness is the strongest tool there is, and it takes no effort at all. It just takes being a human. I was getting gas yesterday, and an older woman couldn’t figure out how to fill her tank, brand new car, so I helped her. It lifted my whole day and I’m sure it lifted hers as well. Kindness, is the universal solvent.

You're my teacher here. Your story fits in my re-do of the world in the category of the Pep Talks for Humanity I've been posting and encouraging. Get those stories delivered all over the place and humanity gets reminded of who we can be. Flood the world with them for it to become natural to be on that bandwagon.

I appreciate your emphasis on kindness, generosity, and shifting from a "me" mindset to a "we" mindset. In times of uncertainty and division, those values can help rebuild trust and strengthen communities, I have seen and experienced it firsthand.

I think the bigger challenge is how to sustain that spirit when the immediate emergency has passed. I believe a true "Coalition for the Good" would need to be rooted not only in shared concerns, but in empathy, listening, and a willingness to work across differences.

One thing I have heard from fellow community members is the desire to create a place and an environment where stories are shared across generations. For me, I feel as we have so much to learn from each other both young and old.

Thank you for encouraging people to imagine what that could look like.

My idea for that coalition is very simplistic. It's not an organization. Like NO KINGS, it's just basic elemental goodness versus badness, so there isn't an implosion in bureaucracy. NO KINGS does single days; the Coalition can do what it does every day.

You ask, "What can I do?" I would practice benevolence. Benevolence is the genuine desire to contribute to another person’s well-being—without needing recognition, repayment, or control.

Benevolence is an uncommon practice in our culture.

Benevolence is more than kindness. Kindness is often an action; benevolence is the intention and way of being from which kind actions naturally arise. It says:

“I want life to go well for you, even when there is nothing in it for me.” And mean it.

But where it begins is being benevolent for yourself, to yourself, and in our culture of speed, screens, and screeds, not so easy.

What can I do I meant literally, for how can I do something that would be meaningful to the world. And "benevolence" is a lovely ideation but I'd say too abstract to make a stand on. In that category, of my own daily behavior, I like the idea I keep talking about of every action coming from love as being a specific, doable to-do:

"Every single thing we do in this life should come from love. Every action, every statement, even if you have to let somebody go, the hardest thing you have to do, can you do it with love and not anger, fear, greed? Most business decisions come from fear and greed. Can you make that exact same decision but from a place of love?” This quote, by Raj Sisodia, who works with business leaders, is in this stringing together of eight minutes of his remarks on a panel about ‘human energy’: https://suzannetaylor.substack.com/p/the-key-to-life

I enjoyed reading the instructions from the Intelligence. Good to know that you've paid attention.

My personal proclivity is to put more faith in a proposed "Coalition for the Good" than in celebrities and billionaires -- though I recognize that all should have a role to play.

How can us invisible smarties get attention paid? I get no traction talking about it, so that's where my call to power brokers comes in. It's the conversation I tried to initiate among my favorite people like us, but so far no dice getting success there.

Thanks. This gives me better appreciation for your thinking. Getting traction is important. So I understand that it's necessary for you to try multiple approaches.
