I am swooning from relistening to my 2021 podcast with Tim Shriver. With the Democratic Party needing vision, Tim could open its eyes. If Biden did the country a favor and stepped down, Tim could step in. Just picture him next to Trump. It would be a Democratic landslide.
Tim Shriver, son of JFK’s sister, Eunice Kennedy, and diplomat, Sargent Shriver, and Maria Shriver’s brother, is a father of 5, the Chair of Special Olympics Int., co-creator of the Dignity Index, and co-founder of UNITE. Tim began as an educator and chairs the Collaborative for Academic, Social, and Emotional Learning (CASEL) that he founded. He graduated from Yale, has a Master's from Catholic University and a Doctorate in Education from the University of Connecticut. He has produced 6 films, wrote the NYT bestseller, Fully Alive – Discovering What Matters Most, and is co-editor of The Call to Unite: Voices of Hope and Awakening. He’s an inspirational speaker, called “an evangelist” by a speakers bureau for talks to corporate leaders.
Tim’s message to the world: “This is our time. This is a moment of great opportunity for change, a hopeful change, a healing change. Have faith in yourself, have faith in others. As many times as you may have been discouraged and as many times as you may have been disappointed by others, try again.”
This is an immersion in leading edge, big picture thinking where science and spirit merge. In California, on Friday it’s in the morning, but all-days Saturday and Sunday start in the dark. If you’re awake you’ll get an immersion in enlightenment that costs very little for value delivered. SMN is a hangout for me, where most of the many things I do with them are my late mornings. Yearly membership gets a lot for a little!
